About the job :-

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for new business development, renewal, and expansion of our existing/new contracts driving revenue growth.

2. Identify additional renewal/upgrade opportunities for products and services. Generate accurate forecasts and sales activity reports as required.

3. Present Products and Services to your client base to generate revenue growth. Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities as per the defined customer segments.

4. Focus on customer retention to aid in the achievement of expected performance. Arrange and lead product demonstrations.

5. Develop quotes and proposals for clients.

6. Frequent communication of business reports including sales updates to your respective manager.

7. Explore Cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements : 

1. 1-5 years experience in customer-facing environments such as sales, account management or similar roles.

2. Bike and laptop are compulsory.

3. Prior quota carrying sales in the fields of at least one of the following: SaaS sales, B2B sales, technology product sales etc.

4. Experience developing new businesses and enhancing strong client relationships.

Demonstrated track record of consistently leading KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention.

5. Graduation is the least-qualifying criterion.

6. 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales.

7. Experience in B2B/SaaS selling will be an added advantage.

8. Ability to successfully generate sales via research, outbound calling, email initiatives etc

9. Detailed understanding of the market and customer behaviors.

10. Tech Savviness.

11. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

12. Social selling.

13. People skills and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders with varied expectations and objections.
