The Role :

The Channel Sales Manager ensure that all business and operations related to it run smoothly in an alliance. Alliances are also more commonly known as joint ventures. Alliances are common in today's business world. They are a great way to forge partnerships and increase profits.

The Job:

- Complete ownership to develop and maintain partner relationships with key accounts at a regional level.

- Single point of contact for external partner and internal teams.

- Build, maintain and upscale existing relationships.

- Review the performance of the alliance and present it to the management.

- Ensure that the product or service that is being provided is of the best quality.

- Coordinate with various internal teams.

- Will be an in charge of the alliance formed between two or more companies to do a business.

- Have to ensure that the alliance is producing profits and they have to report to the management of all the parties involved in the alliance.

- Manage all the departments that are involved in the alliance and ensure that they remain updated on the significant developments.

- Regularly meet with the heads of all the departments involved in the venture.

- Look at all the requirements of the alliance and present them to the management of all the parties involved. Act as a chain of communication between all the parties that are involved in the venture.

What we- re looking for :

- A demonstrated track record working in Global Alliance and Regional Alliance Manager models.

- A proven track record of working with large Systems Integrators.

- Alliance experience at a major software product or services company that has sold globally to established and emerging markets is preferred.

- Experience within a major System Integrator is desirable.

- Demonstrate both business acumen and technical aptitude to listen and speak at all levels internally and externally in sales and execution functions.
