Job Summary

- Digital marketing

- Campaign management

- Execute marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets

Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics

- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow.

- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

- Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

Responsibilities and Duties :

Business Development

- Sales And pre-sells

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high quality marketing copy

- Excellent strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into strategies

- A marketing qualification would be preferable

- A creative thinker, able to bring new ideas to established processes

- Excellent visual and written judgement for the development of creative marketing campaigns

- Highly digitally and social media literate

- Good knowledge of PR and branding

- Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence and persuade across a varied stakeholder group

- Excellent IT and database skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- A willingness to work flexibly as the needs of the role dictate (including weekends and evenings on occasion)
