Northern Softech - Customer Support Role - International Chat/Voice Process (1-2 yrs)

Job Summary :

- As a Customer Support Representative for the International Chat/Voice Process, you will be the frontline our company, responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our diverse international clientele. You will engage with customers through chat, email, and phone channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our valued customers and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Answer the incoming USA customer phone calls, chats, and emails and take the appropriate action for each request

2. Handling customer queries, client management, and ecommerce orders submission.

3. Good written and spoken English is must

4. Required basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS word and MS Excel will be an added advantage

5. Ensure the quality of services delivery of the task assigned and reporting

6. Any B2C/B2B international sales and support experience will be preferred and analytical skills will be an added advantage.

Key Skills :

Calling, email, chat, voice support Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

2. Proven experience of 1-2 years in an international chat and voice support role.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in handling international customers.

4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.

5. Empathetic and customer-focused attitude, dedicated to delivering top-notch service.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software.

7. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures, products, and systems.

8. Availability to work in the US/flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in an international support environment.
