Northern Arc Capital - Manager - Sales - Loan Against Property Segment (2-10 yrs)
- To source and manage business from our co-lending partner for Loan Against Property in Chennai.
- Ensure file is logged and processed end to end.
- Coordinate with partners, customers and vendors for any pending documents / queries in the case.
- Meet monthly login and disbursal targets.
- Help partner in getting loan agreement done and loan disbursed.
- Coordinate with lawyers and vendors for getting legal and valuations cleared.
Requirements :
- Experience in LAP in Chennai markets.
- Should be able to read, write and speak Tamil.
