- Head cluster of 5 - 6 branches for affordable retail LAP business.
- Lead team of Branch Sales Head of Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban, Tumkur, Mysore & Ramanagara.
- Meet monthly targets pertaining to login, approval, disbursal of loan against property business.
- Empanel DSA and manage them on regular basis.
- Responsible for per RM/ Sales Officer productivity and branch performance.
- Manage portfolio delinquency by ensuring soft bucket collections.
- Should have been in affordable housing and LAP business for min of 3 years plus.
- Should have experience of managing large DST teams.
