Business Development Executive (Real Estate Sales)


Job Specifications :

MBA Freshers who are interested in building their career in Real Estate Sales & Marketing can also apply.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual business plan and increase our revenue. Candidate knowing Sales & Marketing in Real Estate Industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities :

- To coordinate & interact with customers, channel partners on a regular basis, giving presentation to customers about projects in details.

- Plan and arrange customers visit at site for potential clients. Attend walk-ins, convert and close the deals.

- Generate profitable new business through prospecting & inquiry handling within the local market in order to achieve set targets.

- Establish & maintain good relationship management with existing & prospective clients and expand your customer base.

- Close the leads generated by presales (Tele-callers) and follow-up with potential leads till closing.

- Coordinate with presales team (Tele-callers) and to ensure customer walk-ins and achieve the monthly Target.

- Keeping all the track record & follow-up of clients for maximum number of Bookings.

- Provide regular feedback of sites for analysis of sales, prevailing Market trends & competitors.

- Organizing and participation in property fares for promotional activities.

- Presenting the daily / monthly sales MIS to the Management.

Education : MBA

Experience: Min 0 to 3 years

CTC : Rs.180000 - Rs.270000 p.a. + Incentives (Secured Salary)

Location: Noida and Adjoining Areas
