Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities. Own end to end sales funnel.

- Meeting with key stakeholders like Director/Chairperson/Principal of schools/educational institutions to pitch product

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.

- Have deep product knowledge of all product lines. Ability to showcase product demo + work out solutions for business use cases using best product-fit.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage overall success of the client to ensure high retention and renewal rate.

- Foster good relationship with key stakeholders in the industry, get marquee names on board.

- Preparation and delivery of Proposal, Product brief, MoUs for schools

- A strategic thinker with ability to multitask and manage cross-functional relations

Preferred Experience & Attributes :

- MBA/ B-Tech. /B.E from a reputed college/university

- 4-6 years of successful experience in Education / SaaS / Payment Solution /B2B Product/Digital Products / Digital Ad Sales

- Strong Knowledge of Digital products, Analytical Tools and Platforms.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment

- Experience in payment solution sales will be preferred

- Always act professional and adopt a solution orientated approach to sales.

- Strong communication and peoples- skills. Strong Analytical and Negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Open to travel and conduct events as per business requirement. Able to deliver business & revenue target
