Profile Overview:

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth by finding potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting with key stakeholders like Director/Chairperson/Principal of schools/educational institutions to propose Online Admissions Management Software Services.

- Identifying new sales leads, Pitching products and/or services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

- Identification and short listing of potential clients. Contacting them to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Preparation and delivery of Proposal, Product brief, MoU et al.

- Planning and execution for acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational requirements.

- Follow-up with prospective clients until close of sale.

- Follow closely and keep record of competitor's offerings, business acquisitions/activities.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.

- Customer Retention, Training, Up-selling, Brand Building et al.

- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication and peoples- skills.

- Strong Analytical and Negotiation skills.

- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Worked for education/training industry.

- Open to travel and conduct events as per business requirement. Able to deliver business & revenue targets.

- Have a proven record of success in business to business sales.

- Experience selling software services, IT based solutions or technical products.

- Always act professional and adopt a solution orientated approach to sales.

- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-sufficient and self-motivated.
