Job Description

NoPaperForms Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for highly energetic sales professionals who have got the drive and passion of building profitable businesses from ground up.

- The sales professional should be able to identify and prospect high value target accounts for new business, maintain existing accounts as well as establish and work with partners.

- The sales professional must be up to date with marketing technology trends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- The role requires meeting with key stakeholders like Director/Chairperson/Principal of schools/educational institutions to propose Online Admissions Management Software Services.

- Identification and short listing of potential clients, Preparation and delivery of Proposal, Product brief, MoU et al.

- Planning and execution for acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational requirements.

- Competition benchmark analysis, follow closely and keep record of competitor's offerings, business acquisitions/activities.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.

- Customer Retention, Training, Up-selling, Brand Building et al.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- At least 4 years of successful sales experience and track record in software selling / advertisement selling preferably in the education market.

- Experience of being an over achiever sales professional in education domain.

- Experience of selling CRM or ERP Solutions, SAAS is a plus.

- Demonstrating a software solution over the web meeting must be breeze for you.

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Strong Analytical and Negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyse the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.

- Manage entire Sales life-cycle including identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure.

- Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.

- Somebody who customers will not hesitate to call when they are in problem.
