Noon Academy - Lead - Sales (4-10 yrs)

What you will do :

- You will be conducting daily standups, motivating the team, addressing the team's concerns & set daily expectations and help the team achieve the same

- You will be the chief owner of sales excellence and ensure training & quality of the Sales team

- You will be the primary person for ensuring day-to-day sales operational activities - lead cleaning, maintaining a healthy sales funnel, fine-tuning the sales pitch & guiding the team to successful sales closures

- You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and delivering healthy & ethical growth

- You will be responsible for maintaining the leadsquared CRM & publishing reports for all sales activities

- You will be expected to assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches and other documents as required

- You will help scale the team from 0 to 1 as the business grows while maintaining the highest quality

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, teachers and students

About you :

- Proven working experience in B2C Sales, Business Development or a relevant role

- Proficiency in leadsquared (or any other CRM Software), MS Office/Google Sheet

- Strong experience with team handling & growth

- Fluent in English & Hindi

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Time management and planning skills

- Preferably with K-12 & Test Prep Ed-tech experience
