Noisy Lion - Digital Marketer (6-15 yrs)

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we would love to talk to you. We at NoisyLion are looking for a digital marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.

Responsibilities :

1. Establish end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategies that increase the market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive marketing plan based on a thorough analysis and evaluation of the market.

2. Plan and manage all aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including the website, search engine optimization, digital advertising, social marketing, and email marketing.

3. Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimization.

4. Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach to use of digital marketing agencies.

5. Operate with the art directors and content strategists to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

6. Explore new acquisition funnels across platforms, devices, and content to reduce cost per lead and overall cost per acquisition.

7. Assess important metrics that influence the website traffic and target audience.

8. Recognize the newest trends and technologies affecting the industry.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar area.

2. Passionate about digital marketing with 6+ years of experience.

3. Familiarity with B2B digital media marketing concepts.

4. Good understanding of different social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

5. Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates.

6. Extremely creative and exceptional analytical skills.

7. Excellent communication skills.

8. Up-to-date on the newest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
