Noisy Lion - Digital Marketer (5-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
2. Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
3. Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
4. Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
5. Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.
6. Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
7. Driving performance marketing via Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, SEO / SEM, PPC, Google Ads and Display Ads.
8. Working with other stakeholders to optimise the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
Requirements :
1. You have at least 5 years of experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Luxury industry.
2. Experience within Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
3. You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp) and Google Analytics.
4. You are goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
5. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
6. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
