Noisy Lion - Content Strategist (6-15 yrs)
At NoisyLion, we are looking for a content strategist to develop and execute content strategies that drive traffic and generate leads. Your responsibilities include finding ways to increase brand awareness and determine which formats best communicate various types of content. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end content strategy for projects, from discovery to publishing to post-launch optimization and governance.
2. Work collaboratively to deliver projects from ideation to execution.
3. Blend expertise in content, digital marketing, web usability, SEO, and design to solve complex problems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, synthesizing input into a cohesive content strategy, and effectively communicate that strategy to gain approval from stakeholders and executives.
5. Identify gaps and opportunities in content and create flexible content models and page types that meet current goals and anticipate future needs.
6. Develop content strategies that target the right audience with the right content to satisfy user needs and drive deeper engagement.
7. Discover business requirements by conducting research, including web analytics, user testing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
8. Improve content discoverability through search optimization, navigation, personalization, automation, and other strategies.
9. Identify emerging content trends and generate forward-looking strategies to support business goals, fuel innovation, and keep our experience on the cutting edge.
10. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with an agile approach that adapts to changing timelines and requirements while ensuring high-quality results.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in English, marketing, journalism, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience working in digital content strategy, preferably for B2B enterprise.
3. Understanding of the best practices of content-related site architecture and optimization, including SEO, and personalization.
4. Experience with content governance, content management, and content automation.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
