Role:

We @ Noise are looking for ORM Executive who are passionate, creative, and driven to join our team. You will work on a mission to build trust and strengthen the Noise brand through both compelling storytelling and authentic social media interactions.

Your WILL BE's:

- Responding to DMs, engaging in the comment section, building relationships with the Noise community, and whipping up a witty caption whenever the opportunity strikes.

- Initiate conversations on behalf of the brand. Engaging with users across all communication channels and building a relationship with our community.

- Responsible to connect, converse, engage, and enhance brands online reputation.

- Work with a team that predicts and responds or diffuse potential issues on social media that could negatively impact our brand.

- Build brand love and drive positive engagement on social media platforms.

- Respond to all incoming messages in a timely and personalized fashion. Respond to both negative and positive comments and feedback within the best possible TAT.

- Handling crisis management and Influencing brand perception.

- Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media from the platform.

- Set up and utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment for Noise.

- Prepare and share reports of productivity, tagging & sentimental on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.

- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content/ideas for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

- Report and coordinate with the customer service team to get a resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from the customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels.

-Doing analysis on the types of keywords and creating a tagging on the tool so that the cases flow accordingly.

The Ideal Noisemaker :

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Social Media & Online Reputation Management.

- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with a pop-culture interest.

- Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media, and Online Reputation is a must.

- Comprehensive knowledge of social media/digital listening tools.

- Must be an informed and active follower of social and digital space trends

- Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines.

- Demonstrated excellent social media judgment (e.g., knowing what, how, and when to tweet it).

- Must be adept at working in a dynamic team structure.
