Roles and Responsibilities:

1) As a part of core leadership team, you will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives for the organization with respect to apartment societies.

2) Will be responsible for strategic alliances and partnerships with Builders, Developers, Facility Management Companies etc.

3) Leading a team in the large sales by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.

4) Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth

5) Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for expansion

Desired Candidate :

- MBA / PGDM or equivalent

- Should relocate to the city immediately.

- 2 or 4 wheeler is mandatory.

- B2B sales experience is also is mandatory.

- Similar industry experience
