Job Description :

- Will be a part of the central Operations team

- Will need to interact with the Marketing, Product and the on field team as and when required

- Will be responsible for maintaining & Sustaining a long term relationship with every on-boarded apartment owner Pan-India

- Will be responsible for Post-sales support and escalation management

- Educate every client about new plans/ offers as on when raised by Nobroker.com

- Growing the overall revenue portfolio through referral matrix.

- Will be responsible to increase app usage and stick ability through various channels

- Must be aggressive and take ownership of the role

-Will need to arrange various Door to door activities by coordinating with various Manpower agencies

- Regular calling to the Society MC Members needs to be made to arrange D2D Activities and to get general insights

- A Background in Finance would be preferred (Not mandatory)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus.

- Should be comfortable to work on 6 days

- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.

- Hands on MS office excel or Google sheets is a must (Basic knowledge of formulas like Countif/sumif, vlookup, filter etc), word & PPT etc.
