NoBroker - Manager - Sales Capability (1-8 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Manage a team of Sales Trainers who are responsible for training the new joiners.
2. Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.
3. Conduct feedback sessions and improve the training content
4. Will be responsible for the trainer's achievement which includes meeting their KRAs, compliance s, etc
5. Attend business meetings and realign training content according to the requirement
6. Understand all job roles in the organisation and create a learning plan for career success
7. Should be proficient in report making.
8. Should conduct individual review meeting for sale trainers.
Ideal Candidate:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience & 3-4 years of training experience
2. An immediate joiner is preferred
Location: Bangalore
