Role : Business Development Manager - B2B Sales

About the Role

NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house without paying any brokerage, We help real estate developers connect with potential buyers, As Business Development Executive, your role will start with meeting potential clients, pitching NoBroker value proposition, on-Boarding them on our platform, further maintaining business relations to generate future business.


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.

- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.

- Extremely effective business networking.

- Developing plans and value added solutions to assure targets or goal are achieved

- Conceptualizing & implementing development strategies for acquiring business from clients and effectively using existing accounts.

- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in service operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members

Key Skills :

- An above average ability to convert and close sales opportunities

- Familiar with negative/positive gearing strategies

- Ability to meet KPI's through solution-based selling

- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms

- A proven and quantifiable track record success in previous B2b sales or account management roles

- Experience in the Real Estate industry ( if applicable)
