NoBroker - Associate - Technical Support (2-3 yrs)
Associate - Technical Support (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the tech team for the resolution of technical issues.
- Understanding any gaps in the escalations from the ground team and filling those.
- Collecting and Analyzing the pain point of the customers and designing a permanent solution for the same
- Ensuring timely resolution of issues raised by the internal team.
- Benchmarking/Reviewing of Product requirements raised by the field team and providing a solution with our application.
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical contribution steps taken to
resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
- Act as the initial point of contact for all VMS and system-related concerns from clients or other employees
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose software problems
- Resolve technical issues related to software interruptions
- Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of system grids
Skills Required:
Age should be below 30 Years
At Least 2-year experience as internal support in one of the competitors
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong performance orientation
Must be fluent in Hindi and English
Should be able to work in a highly fast-paced environment
Good Knowledge about IOS & Android
SALARY- 5.5 Fixed + Variables
