Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing the team of 6 to 10 Relationship Managers.

- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the team and sales conversion targets

- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems

- Developing and Maintaining a healthy & long term relationship with Customers.

- Active participation in deal closures

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales plan.

- Recruit and train sales managers for city expansion

-Ensuring leads are worked up-on by the team real-time, monitoring leads funnel on a real-time basis.

-Ensuring process adherence of team and training them on Sales Pitch / Convincing Skills by calls audit.

- Sending productivity reports to builders every week and locking numbers.
