- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Follow up on service and product once the delivery has been made.

- Research market trends and products.

- Arrange meetings with potential clients.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops


- Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of- the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

- Record sales information and maintain customers- records.

- Make rapid calculations of costs to provide temporary quotations.
