Role and Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to the following)
- Less calls, more online. Responding to customer emails, Amazon/Flipkart reviews and Ecomm, followup
- Answer the queries, to the satisfaction of the caller.
- Escalate complaints if any received from customers and coordinates with respective department for faster resolution.
- Maintain the proper records of calls / enquires /complaints received in prescribed format.
- Prepare and present analysis of data of customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
