Job Description :

- We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound sales lead campaigns for Exceptional Innovation Background Verification products and services. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful.

Experience Required : 0-3 years

Job Responsibilities :

- To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided

- To work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors

- To convert the calls to new business leads

- To inform the potential clients of the company's products and services

- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM and Social Networking (LinkedIn)

- Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process

About the role :

- Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.

- Good Communication Skills

- Good Convincing Skills

- Flexible with working days and times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills:

- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language( Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati)

- Agility : Ability to change according to business requirements.

- Motivation : Demonstrate a positive, - can-do- attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

- Data-driven : Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into actionable strategies.

- Growth-driven : Keen to grow as an individual.
