NMIMS - Marketing Automation & CRM Marketing Role (7-10 yrs)
This role will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with designers, and marketing team this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform. Concisely, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and design nurturing campaign's and strategies to be deployed on marketing automation Platform for various use cases like
- Lead nurture
- Webinar efforts
- Student communication
- Alumni communication
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize, design, deploy and review marketing automation campaigns.
- Track, measures and report marketing efforts on deliverables like
- Conversion & revenue due to interventions
- Cross sell/upsell efforts due to marketing automation
- Savings on human efforts, etc.
- Improvement in internal/external consumers experience
Key Metrics like :
- Mail Open
- Website Visit
- Click Through
Actions :
- Manage and setup integration with CRM, 3rd Party API, etc.
- Track industry trends and efforts taken to improve on utilization of technology
- Builds and maintains relationship cross functional teams like marketing, sales, product, IT, Vendors etc. to align marketing automation efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor & maintain the integrity of marketing databases, Clean database on regular basis to minimize wastages, segment data for targeted campaigns and personalization.
- A/B testing on various elements to improve consumer response rates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in marketing automation. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the marketing automation space.

Requirements- Skills & Competencies :

- Working Knowledge of Various Marketing Automation Platforms and Marketing Clouds like NetCore Smartech, Mautic, Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Oracle Eloqua, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, IBM Marketing Cloud and T1, Leadsquared, Drip, etc.
- Working knowledge of CRM like salesforce
- Understanding of API and ability to collaborate with developers for integration
- Deep Understanding of email, SMS, push notification channel
- Consumer, branding and marketing knowledge to support marketing automation
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page template customization is a plus.
Requirements -
Education & Work Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience desirable
- Proven experience of at least 7 to 10 yrs as a Marketing Automation Manager or similar role.
- Excellent computer skills in the Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
