NMIMS - Executive - Regional Marketing (2-5 yrs)

This incumbent will be responsible for creating on-ground awareness for the brand and help generate leads within the respective regions at NGA SCE. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our marketing team in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning and Implementation of Regional Events, Activations and other BTL Activities.

- Campaign Ideation and execution of Qualifying B2B Activations.

- Financial Estimation and Management for Activities.

- Define Key Goals, Guidelines for each campaign, market and ensure deliveries.

- Anonymous Market Visit- s, Audit, Check, etc. to identify lapses, report them and take corrective actions.

- Creative Planning and Execution for Regional Activations, POS, etc.

- Prepare Reports for all activities.

- Ensure maintenance and updation of detailed documentation and MIS reports on all media related activities

- Ensure timely preparation of all MIS reports, analyses; reviews them and highlights variances, if any to HOD.

- Conduct market research to determine the most profitable target audience and promotion approach; produce and execute marketing plans

- Research potential competitors and evaluate competitive positions based on marketing opportunities

- Negotiation skills & ability to deal with multiple vendors

- Highly organized with a creative eye for detail

- Proven experience as BTL, Activations and events

Requirements- Education & work experience

- Graduate or PG/MBA in Mass Media/Marketing Communication/Advertising or equivalent

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Events Organization and Execution, Marketing and Business Development.

- Solid background in direct response/acquisition marketing.

- Knowledge of Internet marketing and content management systems.

- Solid understanding of sales and marketing functions.
