NMG Technologies - Executive - Search Engine Optimization (1-5 yrs)
Required Candidate Skills :
- In-depth knowledge in all aspects of natural search optimization, ethical white hat techniques, inbound marketing, and content marketing
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations by evaluating websites & blogs.
- A thorough understanding of On-page optimization and Link building impacting search engine rankings, traffic, and other KPIs
- Should have hands-on Experience on - Dynamic Site Optimization and Schemas Implementation
- Should have working knowledge of modern link building strategies and implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of website's technical and content audit and implementation
- A digital 'native' with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels & have good command over "excel for SEO."
- Strong understanding of Site Speed Implementation & AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages)
- Should have a result-driven approach and be able to measure the progress/outcomes of new implementations.
- Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code, and content development.
- Experience with SEO optimization of Magento and WordPress websites.
- Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Link Building Strategy with "Broken link building," "Brand mentions," "Guest Posting," "E-Books," and "Infographics."
- Should have done SEO for E-commerce websites which involved conversion tracking, optimization, and lead generation.
- Strong client interaction skills and ability to manage the overall delivery of results to the maximum satisfaction level of clients.
- An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and agencies in the US, UK, and worldwide.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of Technical SEO
- Manage/Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities.
- Manage/Perform competition analysis to enhance rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage the development and execution of content strategies.
- Must have Google Analytics and Google Adwords certification.
- Knowledge of working on Google Tag Manager
- WordPress, Magento Back-end management knowledge
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Strong understanding of measurement and tracking tools (including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming frog, MOZ, and others)
- Experience in interacting with SEO clients based in US and UK via email, video conference calls, presentations, and reporting.
- Successful track record of managing multiple client assignments.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Excellent analytical, organizational time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics and internal reporting tools.
