NJ Group - Regional Manager - Sales - Mutual Funds (10-15 yrs)
1) Team Mentoring : Ensuring that the team is well equipped with Technical Knowledge. Do business planning with the team & ensuring that it is executed as per the planning. Driving your team to achieve monthly targets.
2) Achievement of Targets : To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of Partners / CIA / POSP, Partner activation & Product Sales are met on a month-on-month basis.
3) Team Review : Motivate team to follow Sales process & review it on regular interval.
Relationship Handling: Maintaining healthy relationships with third parties including AMC, Insurance companies, etc.
4) Branch Compliance : Ensuring that the branch compliances are followed in co-ordination with the Head office.
