Key Deliverables :

- Identifying and finalising new outlets, and for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these outlets profitably.

- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.

- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.

- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.

- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Building Relationships with retailers and holding regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments.

- Handling overall Revenue of 10-15 Retail Stores.

- Tracking and Monitoring of Sales on a daily basis.

- Handling escalations, and providing resolutions of issues in real time.

- Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget to ensure increase in footfall in stores of assigned territory.

- Manage on-going profitability of outlets, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

- Prepare a monthly financial report for the owners and stakeholders.

- Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services, and managing inventory of assigned stores.

Requirement :

- Post Graduate in Marketing Management / Retail Management

- Additional certifications, training programs preferred but not mandatory

- Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local Area and language.

- Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate

- Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role
