Niyotail - Manager - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Key Deliverables :
- Identifying and finalizing new outlets, and for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these outlets profitably.
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.
- Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- 1-2 Years of Sales and Business Development.
- Awareness of the start-up ecosystem and the unique challenges that it entails.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in Marketing Management
- Additional certifications, training programs preferred but not mandatory
- Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local Area and language.
- Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate
- Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role
- Driving should be known and own a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference
- College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn
- Vehicle and local language are compulsory

Salary: 3-4 LPA Fixed (Based on Interview) + Incentives + Conveyance
