Job Description :
- Develop the brand architecture
- Drive brand narrative through exceptional & meaningful storytelling that resonates with the audience
- Develop brand communication approach for relevant audiences - customers, partners, employees, community etc
- Bring alive the brand experience at every touchpoint - identify critical touchpoints in the brand journey, and undertake specific initiatives to enhance the brand experience
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
- Support brand sponsorships, PR and thought leadership interventions
- Drive cross functional collaboration
- Oversee the production of advertisements, creatives and other promotional material
Profile Requirement :
- MBA Marketing from IIM/MICA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or brand marketing
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets, prior experience in T2/T3 & beyond markets would have a slight edge
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
- Strong research and analytical skills
