Job Role :


We are looking for a Seller Acquisition Manager to onboard all the diamond suppliers in the world. Nivoda's growth has more than tripled in the last 12 month and we are searching for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be directly reporting to the Head of Supplier Management and will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets and successfully managing the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Achieve the sales targets by effective daily, weekly, monthly planning and executing

- Drive the sales team to onboard all the sellers in the world

- Hire A players in the team to meet the targets

- Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

- Build proper sales process and strategies to hit the numbers regularly

- Support new business initiatives and think out of the box for ways to increase the seller base

- Build team for entering into new product lines

Requirements :

- 7+ years experience into domestic and International sales, team management

- Proven track record of hitting targets regularly, successfully managing the sales cycle from planning to closing and managing a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

- Driven individual with superb leadership qualities

- Gets work done, follows through on tasks

- Experience with CRM softwares

- Excellent in Excel and numbers
