About the Role:

As an Inside Sales - MarTech at Nitro Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospects with personalized demos and presentations, and converting them into paying customers. You will be a champion for MarTech solutions within the sales team, educating your colleagues on the value proposition of our products and collaborating to craft winning sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting via phone and email.

- Research and understand prospect needs and challenges to tailor compelling sales presentations.

- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Nitro Commerce MarTech solutions.

- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

- Identify and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional collaborations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest MarTech trends and Nitro product offerings.

- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and strategies for MarTech solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within the MarTech or SaaS space.

- Strong understanding of MarTech solutions and their application in e-commerce.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful customer relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
