Job Description


- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

- Formulating and executing a cross-platform content strategy.

- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, promotion marketing, videos, articles, social media, newsletters, press releases, and blogs.

- Use search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies in writing to maximise the online visibility of a website in search results.

- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.

- Utilise industry best practises and familiarity with the organisation's mission to inspire ideas and content.

- Collect, monitor, and analyse website metrics, and make improvements accordingly.

- Serve as in charge of all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.

- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.

- Managing a content team consisting of writers, scriptwriters, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 8-10 years of agency experience or in a similar role

- A proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio

- impeccably grasping the English language, including current trends in expressions

- Solid knowledge of core SEO principles (keywords and keyword variations, keyword density, keyword difficulty, LSI, etc.) and the ability to apply them to written content

- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate with colleagues and management

- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously

- Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.

Professional Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
