As the Sales Manager for Nirogam, we are looking for a talented individual who accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans.

What you will do :

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding Super-Stockiest, Distributor, Wholesalers.

- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

- Achieving the Sales Target

- Setting sales targets for individuals sales personnel and your team as a whole.

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

- Identifying Loophole and discussing the same with Management for improving the productivity

- Build relationships with retail stores across categories.

- Generate sales in offline channels through modern trade retail chains like Apollo Pharmacies, Fortis Healthworld, and online platforms like 1MG, myupchar, etc.

- Driving high frequency of repeat orders and ensuring no gaps in order generation monthly

- Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organisation advancement

- Develop sales contests and incentives to drive performance

- Managing on-ground activations and participate in trade shows

- Working out Collaborations with relevant authorities like Medical associations, Doctors, Corporates, etc.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Technical Competencies

- 5- 7 years of relevant experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role, preferably in a FMCG/ eCommerce company.

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing and Sales, or related field

- Target Driven and should possess Go-Getter Attitude

- Team Management and Should able to recruit Sales Reps, coach and monitor them

- Should be from Pharma Sales Background.

Behavioural competencies : 

- Should have analytical mindset and leverage data across all interactions

- Should have excellent time management and organisational skills

- Good with Negotiation Skills

- Problem-solving skills.

- Listening and be coachable
