Nirogam - Digital Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)

As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Nirogam, you will be responsible for managing paid digital marketing activities. It includes Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Taboola, Criteo, Outbrain, Adroll, etc.

What you will do:

- Strategize, manage and analyze all aspects of the company's paid marketing strategy across the following channels: Google, Youtube, Facebook & Instagram.

- Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, Quora Ads, Linkedin Ads Manager, Taboola, Criteo, Outbrain, Adroll, etc.

- Do consumer profiling to define Target Audience & draw Consumer insights & map digital touchpoints for all Paid Media Channels.

- Write and test strong ad copies/content for all platforms.

- Be proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets for reporting and planning.

- Monitor and analyze cross-channel (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc) tracking & conversions to optimize media buying and identify new growth opportunities.

- Monitor and analyze metrics on all channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc) to track campaign performance, targets, and goals, including providing detailed ROI analysis and forecasting based on the Ad spends.

- Give a brief to the designer on how the creative/video will look for any paid media channel.

- Ideate and strategize landing page content for lead generation and ads.

- A taskmaster and a team leader who knows how to get a team to do their job.

- Strongly focused on Scale and growth of the account.

- Should be able to achieve monthly Goals for CAC, Revenue & ROAS.

- Having knowledge of SMS marketing, Whatsapp Marketing, Email Marketing, Push notifications & Re-engagement Platforms like (MoEngage, WebEngage, Marketo) will be a big plus.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Technical Competencies:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Minimum 1+ year experience required

- Experience in working on e-commerce platforms

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (Certification in these areas will be preferred)

Behavioural competencies : 

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

- Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
