Roles & Responsibilities :
- Acquiring projects from Government Departments and private Builders/Developers for New & Re-painting.
- Work with contractors and generate business leads , convert to sales .
- Build a strong project pipeline and monitor activities of competition
- Work on specification of the brand NIPPON in Projects/Architects/Engineers, etc.
- Build contractors, Engineers, Builders database by market visit.
Desired Candidate Profile (Skills Sets) :
- Experience of handling projects
- Having good relationship and database of contractors/Architects/Engineers in the area and their project pipeline
- Aggressive in market and networking skills with other building material companies for lead generation
