Nimbuspost - Lead - Performance Marketing (2-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and independently manage online marketing campaigns that drive leads and online sales for our clients.
- Create a Growth Plan for clients based on their objectives
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads on a Daily/Monthly basis (Performance Marketing).
- Developing & executing online strategy/designing campaigns for clients
- Planning and executing the complete communication strategy for such campaigns with the help of designers, content writers, etc.
- Achieve maximum ROI in paid & organic search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights.
- Track, Report, and analyze website analytics, Social Media campaigns, and PPC campaigns.
- Share Strategic Insights by analyzing ongoing campaigns to optimize ROI
- Optimize the landing pages of paid & organic search engine marketing campaigns.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in performance marketing role for at least 7 years with team handling experience of 2-3 years.
- Facebook Ads and Google Ads experience of running E-commerce campaigns, ability to handle a team.
- Strong capability to think creatively, work on high converting ads and ideate designs for more clicks and conversions with brand team
- Knowledge of Advertising & driving sales, ROAS, and various strategies to improve quality of traffic and conversions.
- Has strong creative and strategic bent of mind with solid communication skills
- Additional knowledge of Google Ads, Landing Page Builders, Google Analytics, Email -Marketing or CRM would be an advantage
- Preferred Tools Knowledge : Creative Designing (like Canva), Ad analysis tools, landing page tools, Email Marketing tools, Google Data Studio.
