Nimbuspost - Executive - Inside Sales (0-1 yrs)
Role: Inside Sales Executive/Specialist
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business
research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations.
- Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build up using Web based CRM.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Position Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound lead follow-up and emails.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Minimum Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM and proficient in excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Execution Orientation: Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of successful inside sales experience in Logistics/IT/Software industry, preferred.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
