Nimbuspost - Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (4-6 yrs)
The ideal candidate will serve as the digital thought leader, helping to identify trends, evolving best practices, and new technologies/tools for all digital efforts that drive engagement and ROI.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, Manage & execute the ROI-driven paid advertising efforts on Facebook & PPC.
- Responsible for setting the Performance Marketing, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution across multiple channels. Apply customer and channel insights to inform and evolve our customer segmentation strategy for focused growth.
- Setting up attribution models, and multi-channel tracking.
- Create, maintain, and optimize other paid campaigns - YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results
The Right Fit:
- Consumer mindset to understand user experience, persona, and personalized marketing.
- Must have hands-on experience in Google, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart & other E-commerce channel
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solver, and independent performer.
- Would be great, if you have experience working with/in E-commerce.
