Nikole Kozmetics Pvt Ltd is in the process of hiring Freelancer Business Development Executives (FBDEs) for the Hotel Amenities Division for Goa locations to contribute to the growth of our company. Freelancer Business development executives are responsible for development of the Hotel Amenities business by finding new clients through retailing/Urban Local Bodies/Industrial/B2B visit/wholesaler/Hotel Associations, etc.

Condition of Appointment of FBDE :

1. Only local candidates will be hired.

2. The appointment will be as Freelancer BDE for one month which may extend to maximum three months. In these months, FBDE will not get the salary, only the expenses will be reimbursed.

Based on performance in these months you will be appointed on probation as full time Trainee Sales Executive for 6 -12 months.

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will get salary + Expense reimbursement.

After the completion of the probation period, your appointment will be confirmed as Sales Executive, based on work performance.

FBDEs will be given the required training for making them fit to move to the market.

1. North Goa

2. South Goa

BDE's Responsibilities : 

- Getting acquainted with Hotel Amenities division's all products and services offered by our company.

- Procuring new clients through direct visit/contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Finalizing the deal with order and securing timely revenue from clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Equipping with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

- Reviewing clients' feedback, implementing necessary changes & follow up on the same.

- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

BDE's Requirement : 

- Graduation in any stream.

- Extensive sales experience in government as well as retail/industrial/B2B sales starting from cold call.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.

- Ability to generate order/revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services to the clients.

- Neat, well-groomed appearance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication for necessary documentation and impressing the clients.

- Self-motivated, self-disciplined & good team member.
