Content :
- Manage & create engaging content for our blog, YouTube channel, website, and social media
- Transform ideas and outlines into meaningful visual, written, or audio assets
- Measure and optimize content performance
- Produce scripts, storyboards, and videos
- Repurpose existing content for new audiences or channels
- Manage contract writers or other creatives
- Grow our social channels through unique, content-driven campaigns
- Continuously work to develop a deep understanding of our audience
Media :
- Manage Niki's Public Relations strategy, including corporate communications and media relationships
- Own Niki's relationships with key media and influencers, driving positive coverage
- Act as a point of contact to our external PR agency, pushing them beyond the status quo and holding them accountable to aggressive targets
- Maintain and grow our internal list of media contacts in technology, business, and industry-specific outlets
- Launch and build out new programs as Niki continues to mature and grow
- Become an Niki's subject matter expert and passionate storyteller
Requirement :
- The ability to set and juggle priorities to focus on the mission-critical issues
- An independent working style - must be self-driven, resourceful, and capable
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
