Responsibility :
- Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control.
Requirements :
- 0 to 2 year of experience can apply (Any Graduate)
- Any Under-graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO experience can apply.
- Good customer service skill with neutral accent.
- Able to work on a flexible basis as determined by the business needs.
- Both side transport is available.
- salary upto 2.4 LPA
