Job Description:
- Counselor is a Professional who works in educational institutes for 2 to 3 years for good experience, providing academic, personal and other career advise to students.
- They help examine their students potential skills to build their self-esteem for success.
- He/she should have in-depth knowledge of different career opportunities and dealing with students, such as answering their questions concerning careers and opportunities that lie within them.
- Provide professional support/advice to students in order to help them make the right choices and contributes to a culture of learning. Analyzes complex situations and resolves problems, understands and anticipates customer service needs with regard to student funding options
- Encourages students to ensure they are on track with meeting specific placement requirements
