NIFientreC - Manager - Marketing & Growth (2-10 yrs)
NIF Incubation and Entrepreneurship Council (NIFientreC), a Technology Business Incubator of National Innovation Foundation - India (NIF) invites applications from highly motivated professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute promotion & outreach activities creating awareness of NIFientreC among startup ecosystem stakeholders
- Foster relationship with startup ecosystem stakeholders enhancing support system for incubatees
- Guide and assist incubatees in business development, marketing activities, and fundraising
- Making business plans for small scale innovators, grassroots entrepreneurs, tech students, and other incubatees
- Manage execution of workshops and startup events
- Provide active support in daily operations of incubator
Qualification criteria :
- Bachelors in Technology/Engineering/Agriculture/Veterinary and Masters in related field/MBA from premier institutions
- Minimum two years of overall work experience of which at least one year of experience is in Product Marketing or Business Development
- Prior experience of working in the manufacturing sector or promoting grassroots innovations, preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools
- Knowledge of startup lifecycle and startup ecosystem
- Strong Analytical thinking and verbal & written communication skills
