Position : Email Campaign (Lead Generation)

Experience : 3+ years

We're expanding our team with opportunities for a Inside Sales Representatives. You'll work closely with multifaceted colleagues in a flat organization, fantastic opportunity to build brand of an ambitious start-up from scratch. Responsibilities :

- Design, assemble and create overall email marketing campaigns

- Create an email database to reach the target audience Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes

- Develop & maintain email databases for lead generation

- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements

- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices & stay updated on various email marketing best practices and strategies.

- Qualify leads through a discovery call to check for interest level, use case, budget, availability for successive discussion/demo etc. & pass it on to the BD team for further discussion & closure.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's in marketing or related discipline

- 3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry

- Strong communication skills - written and oral

- Impeccable grammar, writing skills, and deep understanding of direct vs. indirect email copy

- Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI

- Sufficient experience with email automation tools

- Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle
