- To develop your personality and personal appearance

- Should handle all the segments of retail

- Excellent Product Demonstration and Presentation Skill

- Keeping abreast with new product developments at all times.

- To work on individual & group target setting as per business plan and achieving the same

- Prepare funnel sheets and keep track of leads

- Be abreast at Seed

- Participate in team meets to discuss targets and plans

- Should be innovative and should have resulted focused approach

- Inventory Management & Coordinating for stock as per customers requirement

- Quickly establish rapport with customers, up-sell products and build a loyal clientele.

- Willing to undertake outbound activities, if required

- Provide an ability to multitask, handle crowds, resolve customer issues and excel with a demanding, high-volume setting.

- Ensure effective process to improve appropriateness of merchandise

- Responsible for end-to-end sales & business development at the store level
