Nexus Seacoast Shipping - Telesales Role (1-2 yrs)
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our telesales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and effectively persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a demonstration. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities :
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database
2. Introduce services to potential customers and explain their benefits and features
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
