Nexus Digital Marketing - Performance Marketing Specialist (3-5 yrs)

- We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our innovative digital marketing team. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients. Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Execute end-to-end campaign management, from planning and setup to monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze performance data, providing insights to guide strategy and optimize campaigns.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Budget Management :
- Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor and adjust budget allocations based on performance and strategic priorities.
Conversion Optimization :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, website funnels, and other elements to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Audience Targeting :
- Define and refine target audiences based on data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Implement personalized and data-driven targeting strategies to reach specific audience segments.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with creative teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to align campaign messaging and creative elements with performance goals.
- Communicate regularly with clients or internal stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
Stay Informed :
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
