Job Description :

NextRow is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team and Development Organization. The ideal candidate should be adept at combining aesthetics with messaging to design templates that communicate thoughtful business solutions to key external and internal stakeholders.

Job Description :

- Build holistic designs and standardized templates that are coherent and consistent with NextRow brand style and guidelines.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements to take design from concept through execution.

- Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines, standards, and best practices.

- Retouch/reformat images and manipulating document templates to fit new use cases.

- Design unique graphics (icons, infographics, elevated stock photos, etc.) for use across website, social media channels, and go-to-market collateral.

- Consistently deliver key internal materials and all client-facing materials on schedule with high quality deliverables

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver top quality work across all projects.

- Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting-edge visuals.

Must have:

- Degree in marketing and design or relevant work experience

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital design, marketing, branding, and related fields

- Demonstrable proficiency in graphic design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- Knowledge of best practices for layouts, graphic construction, typography application, designing for print vs. web

- Experience with video and photography production strongly preferred.

- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization and capable of transforming visions to ideas, art works, and graphics

- Must be creative, organized, self-motivated and pay meticulous attention to detail.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and take feedback constructively.

It is work from office opportunity - Hyderabad (Mindspace, Hitech City)

Time - 1PM to 11PM IST
